Event Overview: When the Delta Hospital Fundraiser called
us to us to provide lighting for their annual fundraiser, they told
us that the Moonlight Gala was a major departure from previous
years. They asked us to provide a full Cirque-like
event package which is one of the more challenging themes to
produce.
It was our first time working at the Executive Inn and we did
our best to ensure that everything ran smooth as there were a
number of event elements including an extensive decor package,
ceiling treatment, silent and live auction, live band and
entrance effect.
We did our best to hide the production into the set and stage
design to make it as seamless as possible. The production
package included:
30 - LED Par 38's
6 - Source 4 Lekos
16 - Par 38's
4 - LED Par 64's
4 - Water Waves
2 - 6' x 8' video screens
2 - Short throw projectors
8 - Powered speakers
Debut and Rembrandt did an amazing job and the final result was
stunning. Did I mention that the event raised over
$275,000? The organizer sent us the following feedback:
"What an amazing night! What an amazing experience and
thank to you and especially Geoff and Dave who were just terrific
and such a big help. I know that our guests were impressed and
delighted with the truly magnificent way the lighting tied the room
décor together. All in all I appreciated your personal
support and wise and professional council in my hour of need. Rest
assured that I will call you when I require your unique services
