Overview: For the last ten years, UBC has been producing a fantastic event that brings together over 5,000 first year students at the beginning of the school year for a grand introduction to the university, it's faculty and administration. The event is a who's, who of UBC leaders who make inspiring welcome speeches and share key insights into how students can make the best of the next four years in all aspects of University life.

The show production has grown up with the show and developed to such a level that it is truly a world class event featuring the best in audio, lighting, video, staging and drapery integration. We redesign the show for this year and made a number of improvements including a resizing of the video screens to create more uniformity, a larger stage (24' x 24') to accommodate more presenters, and some additional audio coverage for the audience at the side of the stage.

The energy in the venue was electric with the 5000 students engaging in chants, songs and cheers. The client was thrilled with the show and wrote, "ShowMax has been doing the Pep rally for Imagine for years now and you and your team are wonderful to work with."
