Event Overview: The grand opening of Yew Restaurant, was one of
those rare experiences when everything comes together perfectly for
an evening of entertainment, fun and celebration as the Four Seasons
Hotel launched their new flagship restaurant. ShowMax was asked to
provide a full lighting, video and audio treatment for the $4 Million
investment and our goal was to ensure that the production matched
the world class look and feel of arguably the most amazing restaurant
in the City. Our sound, lighting and video design team worked
closely with the Four Seasons management to ensure that their vision
was translated into reality for this Grand Opening. We utilized LED
lighting extensively to provide color changes, textures and
atmosphere. This included a custom ceiling treatment using custom
gobos and automated lighting, LED pars and LED bars for wall and room
highlighting, plus plasma installations to showcase their menu.
Nothing was left to chance and every aspect of the production was
meticulously designed and executed. For the 500+ attendees, it was a
fantastic evening of music, networking, food and drink.
